STEP 1: Sign in to your AWS account. enter your root user credentials to access the AWS landing page.

STEP 2: Navigate to IAM once logged in, locate and select the IAM service to open a new window.

STEP 3: Create a new IAM user in the IAM dashboard, click on the “Users” tab and then select “Add user” to begin creating a new IAM user.

STEP 4: Configure user details enter a unique username for the new IAM user, then click “Next”. Choose “Attach existing policies directly” and scroll down to select the desired policies such as “AmazonEC2FullAccess” and “Administrator Access”.

STEP 5: Review and create the user review the user details and selected policies, then click “Create user” to proceed.

STEP 6: Access credentials after user creation, you’ll be provided with a URL link to access the newly created user along with their generated password. Ensure to securely store this information for future reference.
